1. Scope:
autablo eU operates its online shop at the websitewww.autablo.com .
For business relationships between you and autablo eU, these general terms and conditions apply exclusively in the version current at the time the contract is concluded. autablo eU does not recognize deviating conditions on your part, unless autablo eU has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
By placing an order, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions, which become part of the individual purchase contract. Changes to our General Terms and Conditions become effective upon their publication on the website www.autablo.com.

2. Conclusion of contract:
Your order represents a binding contract offer to us. If you place an order at www.autablo.com, we will send you an e-mail containing the details of your order, the products ordered, delivery and payment conditions, and the receipt confirmed to us (order confirmation). With this order confirmation, with which the acceptance of the order takes place at the same time, the purchase contract has come about.  The place of performance for all services under the contract is our company headquarters.
autablo eU is at liberty not to accept online orders until the point in time when the purchase contract has been accepted. If an order is not executed, you will be informed by e-mail as well as if an article should exceptionally not be available.
Governing Law, Jurisdiction
Insofar as there are no mandatory legal regulations to the contrary, Austrian law applies as agreed. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and all provisions relating thereto are expressly excluded. The contract language is German. The Parties agree to Austrian domestic jurisdiction. For any legal disputes arising from the contract, the mandatory provisions at the consumer's place of residence also apply to the contract. If it is not a consumer transaction, the competent court at the registered office of our company has exclusive local jurisdiction to decide all disputes arising from this contract.

3. Right of withdrawal:
3.1. Right of withdrawal for Austrian consumers

You can withdraw from the distance selling contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the customer. The day the deadline is triggered (conclusion of contract or receipt by the customer) does not count. The withdrawal can be made in writing by email or letter to the address below within the withdrawal period. The timely dispatch of the goods to this address is sufficient to meet the deadline:

3.1.2.
Consequences of revocation and instruction on value replacement:
In the event of an effective revocation, the mutually received benefits  are to be returned and any benefits (e.g. interest) surrendered. (For exceptions, see point 3.3). If you are unable to return the goods to us in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition (e.g. with signs of use, in a damaged or dirty condition), you may have to pay us compensation for the value.
In the case of items, deterioration that is solely due to a brief inspection of the goods, as would have been possible for you in a retail store, does not constitute grounds for compensation. You can avoid the obligation to compensate for the value if you do not like the item You use your property and refrain from anything that impairs its value.
Return costs due to an effective cancellation will not be reimbursed by autablo eU. Payments for goods received by us that are completely undamaged and unused are refunded within 30 days. The period begins for you with the sending of your declaration of cancellation or the goods, for us with their receipt. As long as we have not received the goods, we make use of our right of retention.

Catalog of exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
There is no right of withdrawal for contracts relating to
Goods that are made according to customer specifications, that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or items that are offered under the "Sale" section at greatly reduced prices,
If the customer is an entrepreneur according to § 1 UGB, a revocation is completely excluded.

4. Prices
The webshop prices including sales tax at the time of the order plus all shipping costs apply.

5. Terms of Payment
You can choose between different methods to pay for the order:

c) Payment in advance
Transfer the total amount shown on the order confirmation (value of goods plus shipping portion) free of charge to our account below. The delivery takes place immediately after receipt of the amount.

6. Delivery / Shipping Costs
We deliver to all EU countries. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the delivery address you specified. All of our information on availability, shipping or delivery are only guidelines and do not represent binding or guaranteed delivery dates. As a rule, our goods are ready for dispatch within 48 hours. If there are any delays, we will notify you by email. Will be delivered while stocks last. If autablo eU does not have the ordered goods available, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract and not to deliver. In this case you will be informed immediately.  autablo eU reserves the right to charge for any additional delivery and shipping costs if such are incurred in the event of unsuccessful delivery.
If partial deliveries are made by us, the shipping costs will only be charged once.
For returns, you have to pay the regular costs of the return if the ordered goods correspond to the delivered ones. Also if you have not made any payment or partial payment at the time of the revocation. The return costs will not be reimbursed by  autablo eU.

7. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of  autablo eU until the price and any shipping costs have been paid in full. The contractual partner waives the possibility of offsetting. This does not apply to consumers for counterclaims that are legally related to our claim, determined by a court or expressly recognized by us.

8. Warranty
The warranty for our products is based on Austrian law. An assignment of these claims by the customer is excluded. Any claims for damages due to slight negligence on the part of  autablo eU are completely excluded.

9. Privacy
The address and order data you provide will be automatically stored and processed by us within the framework of the statutory provisions of the Data Protection Act. We only use your information to communicate with you about your order, products, services and marketing offers, to update our records and to maintain and maintain your online shop account with us. 11. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these general terms and conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.
